These presses are manufactured in ranges of pressure power of 60 – 150 tons and in various dimensions, as single or multi-tiered and are used in adhering of thin or thick natural veneer and laminate on chip boards, fiber boards and plywood. Also electric, water, oil and stream-heated presses of single or verious tiers, of 100 – 1000 tons are manufactured for various purposes.
The machines have 4,6,8 or more cylinders varying according to the tonnages and are designed to distribute the pressure evenly, where hard chrome-plated pistons are used againgst wear and oxidation.
The press opens it self at the end of each operation automaticlly.
Pressure gauge is secured by an electronic circuit. For a safe use and prevention of accidents the system may be stopped at any point on the circumference by the ring wire.
